How do I care for wood sets?
To clean, wipe pieces down with a damp cloth. Avoid use of any abrasive cleaning tools or harsh chemicals.
Avoid exposure to excessive heat or submerging in water. Wood sets are stain and not sealed allowing for a more natural look and feel.
What to do if my order is damaged?
Please contact hi@ozziozzi.com if your order arrives damaged or defective within 14 days of delivery.
Include the following information:
Order number
Name of set
Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect. Please ensure the affected parts are clearly visible.
Guidance & Safety
Ozzi Ozzi set are intended for children ages 3+.
Inspect blocks before use for breaks and splintering.
Wooden sets are not intended for commercial use.
Avoid submerging in water.
Sets are made out of natural wood and natural variations are expected. Including: discoloration, dimpling, ripples, veining.
Certifications
Certified by internal and external testing in accordance with CPSC standars.
